Hairs growing all the way up the shaft of penis - how to remove these? Is laser removal an option?

I have hairs growing almost all the way up the shaft of my penis. I am in my mid 20s and have been trimming these hairs for the last couple of years but there seems to be more and they are growing quicker. I was wondering what would be the best method of dealing with this as it is really affecting my confidence. I don't want to shave it as but I was wondering if there are hair removal creams I could use, would tweezing be better than trimming, is laser removal an option?
