Is this a normal for a septoplasty? (Photo)

I had a septoplasy done 4 days ago, Does my nose look like it has been operated on properly ? I had the op done on the NHS in the uk it seem like I have gone thought all of the upheaval of the op and they haven't done it properly I asked the surgeon if he remove much bone from the nasal crest and he looked at me with a gormless expression

Dear septoplastyguy, sneezing, nasal itching, and runny nose are common after septoplasty. They can normally last up to 3 weeks. If you are experiencing the same symptoms for a longer period of time you should check it with your plastic surgeon. I hope this was helpful, Dr....

In some of your earlier photos, the bump seemed smaller. So it's less likely to be a piece of cartilage graft that could be removed. But if it was scar, then certainly the hope would be that the steroid injections would help.I think you're going to have to bring your photos and operation report...
