Gum recontouring is a great option for short teeth! It is simple and recovery is very quick. I do not use a laser and my patients say they feel completely fine the next day. I know you said you had lip injections but you could also consider botox (lip flip) to stop the upper lip from going too high. Veneers may be an option or needed with the gum recontouring.
