Hello, there is asymmetry at the back of my head and I am considering implant treatment but I am afraid of death, paralysis or infection risks. Is this really a normal surgery or a high risk surgery? Does this surgery have a high risk of complications? Also, Is there any difference between this surgery and operating patients with skull damage? Thanks for your answers from now.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a treatment, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
