Is it safe to get a teeth implant done before liposuction? Would it cause any harm?

I'm going to get liposuction done, but I'm concerned if the lipo with the metal teeth implant would cause any burn to my body.

I advice to go for re root canal treatment. it will save yr tooth. Infection is there [ in apical area], so before implant surgery u have to wait for few months. i  give implant as a last option.
