Question

I have missing 2 upper right molar bicuspid teeth and deep overbite problem causing my upper lip to portrude, how to treat with braces? My dentist gave me option to extract one upper left bicuspid to move the upper teeth up and to close some space on the right. My teeth are small, so he said i just need only one tooth implant for my upper right if i will choose not to extract my one left upper tooth

There appears to be enough room for an implant in the space, by far the preferable solution for your case. Esthetically, the small teeth mean that the best cosmetic choice is likely a single implant and two or twin crowns.

Hi there,

	Limited information here but extracting another tooth and closing the space will have big consequences. It will narrow your arch causing large black shadows cast on either side when you smile. Best solution (with the limited information provided of course). Braces first to align the teeth and then an implant.

An implant would give you the results you need, unless, you want a 2 year braces treatment,at least to correct that overbite.and even you still will need an implant here,due to the place where you have a toot missing.
