I have uneven teeth with two front buck tooth. I am very self consious about the appearance of my teeth when i smile. Is it better to contour/reshape and file down my front teeth or is it better to go straight to braces or invisilign? Which one would be a better option for me. Any clinic recommendation and suggestions would be higly appreciated. Im located at scarborough ON canada. I am in college and 18 yrs old with regular 3 month cleaning and never had brace. Thanks so much for your help!

Invisalign is >1mm thick tray and it apply very light force on teeth. but as u have bruxism so this tray will protect teeth by preventing further grinding.
Thank you for posting your question. Wearing an Invisalign aligner too long should not cause any problems. Move on to the next aligner and let your dentist know. Try to keep changing the aligners on time so that you can finish sooner rather then later. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
Yes, it is absolutely okay to change your aligner one night earlier as long as you have worn it enough hours for the time you had to and as long as you don't make it to a habit of changing others earlier every time.
