Hi, undergone PRK op (-10, -10) in June 2018 in another country, I cant see the surgeo now, but after 8 months since surgery my eyesight started regressing so drastically and quickly, in Feb I saw a general ophthalmologist they said my vision in -2 and -2.5, but he did not give much information and he said my eye pressure was 18 and it's fine my eye sight keep regressing it's hard to get appointment with specialist, have you ever seen such this fast regression? what could be the cause?

Regression after PRK can happen but looking at the amount of laser that was done on your eye one can only presume that your cornea has thinned out quite a bit.  You might have developed a condition we refer to as post laser ectasia.  That has to be rules out first and as quicly as possible before you attempt any further correction.

It is not usual for such drastic regression 8 months post PRK.  You should see a Lasik/PRK surgeon to reevaluate your cornea topography.  It sometimes can be caused by post surgical corneal ectasia.
