Can Secret RF on the abdomen induce facial erythema?

I hope someone can clear this up for me, so to speak. I used to have issues with facial erythema, but they've largely resolved. Ever since having Secret RF done on my abdomen The same specific patches (same shape, borders, etc. this is also a new development,) on each cheek will turn red with the most minimal triggers. No procedure was done on my face and the treated skin healed without incident. Am I having some odd inflammatory response? Thank you in advance.
