Want to replace 8 upper and 6 lower porcelain veneers with eMax. Small hole developed, will this make removal more difficult?

I want to replace 8 upper and 6 lower porcelain veneers with emax veneers as they are 15 years old. I had a front tooth debonding recently and while re etching a small hole developed which had to be patched up with resin. While this defect make removal more difficult? How long will a resin patch up last? Should I have it removed with laser to avoid tooth damage?
