Burn on penis from laser hair removal. Is it enough that I'm using lotions, or should I see a doctor/specialist? (photo)

I just went for my first ever laser hair removal and there are burn marks on the base of my penis shaft. These pictures are 1 week after the procedure. Several questions: 1) Will this potentially damage my penis? (either nerves or blood flow)? 2) How long will it take for these burns to heal? 3) Do these burns look serious? Or only if the burn does not improve or if there is pain? Thanks
