I have filled out the online questionnaire to see if I'm a candidate for Smile Direct liners but wanted to verify that before I purchase the impression kit.

There are many clinical data points used to determine if the patient is a candidate for aligner orthodontic therapy.I recommend that you submit your information along with an  impression kit so a licensed doctor can make a determination based on the data you share. If a determination is made and you are not a candidate for aligner treatment,  the cost of the kit is refunded.
