Incredible results and customer service! After educating my self on the process and understanding the doctor oversight from beginning to end I decided to get scanned at an NYC SmileShop. I received a treatment plan within 2 days and the invisible aligners arrived a few weeks after that (all at once). I started noticing results almost immediately and have been thrilled with the customer service. 90 days in I submitted photos to make sure everything was tracking and I got reassurance that I was right where I needed to be. I am now in my retainers and couldn't be more happy with my choice to use SmileDirectClub. This company has come a long way since they started and I wouldn't be discouraged by negative customer reviews as I can tell you from my recent experience they're on top of things.
