Will hydroquinone fade the darkness of these scars? (photo)

Hydroquinone is for removing melanin pigment from the skin.  That is, dark discoloration from melasma or some other form of damage.  Scars, as you have, are red in color due to increased vascularity or blood flow.  Hydroquinone will not help these.  Two things will...time, or light treatments.  The redness will fade with time but it can take a year or more.  I would recommend using laser genesis by Cutera.  This is a YAG laser that has no down time and it will close the small vessels and capillaries causing the redness.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing complications from your prior laser treatments.  While I can't make exact recommendations without assessing you in-person, these appear to be atrophic scars resulting from burns from your prior laser treatments.  Scarring like this can be a complex issue to treat, and I'm not sure hydroquinone alone will fade them.  You will likely need a combination of treatments, including lasers to help fade the redness and stimulate collagen production, subcision and fillers to help replace volume within the divot, and possibly microneedling as well for best results.  I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist to discuss your concerns.  Best of luck!
