These are per my office's instructions, but we do change it a bit depending on when and why we used the Cosmelan 1.  Nightly, before bed wash your face with a mild soap then apply a
thin layer of Cosmelan 2 to the full face or the affected area. DO NOT WASH
OFF. Leave on for 15 minutes, then apply Vitamin K over the Cosmelan 2 and
gently rub into the skin. You may notice a slight peeling or flaking of the
skin. You can also use the Vitamin K throughout the day if your skin is red or flaking, after a bit of cool water. So, really, check with your office! "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and

treatment with a trained medical professional for appropriate care."
