you are dealing with a very large tat with difficult colors. Unfortunately, I don't know how successful you will be. I think cover-up is the best idea if even possible. the amount of time, healing, discomfort, and poor outcome possibility may let you consider leaving it. be sure to use only a very qualified laser technician.
