I've had on child 13 months ago n my stomach is great but below my belly button the skin is loose n wrinkly would love to know if ill need a tummy tuck or if thermage will work! ?
Answer: Will thermage work to tighten the skin on lower belly? Hello, from what I see in your photo, you definitely don't need a tummy tuck surgery. Abdominoplasty is recommended when there's a 'sad face emoji' appearance, meaning when the edges around the belly button droop down. Your skin only shows some looseness and waviness, so Thermage would be an excellent choice. Thermage is a single-session treatment; its effects last for a long time and are particularly successful in areas like the abdomen, inner arms, and inner thighs. It tightens loose skin. Until now, we could only elevate the subdermal temperature to 80 degrees Celsius in a surgical setting under general anesthesia using J Plasma. Only J Plasma could achieve this before Thermage FLX came along. However, Thermage FLX elevates the subdermal temperature to 80 degrees without causing pain, thanks to its vibration feature, and in one session, it eliminates cellulite and sagging. Thermage FLX can be administered in a clinical setting, without anesthesia, without disrupting daily life, and within a short period. Thermage is an extremely superior and effective technology. I highly recommend it with confidence.

Answer: Thermage vs tummy tuck Thermage and other non invasive methods of skin tightening can be effective in improving the appearance of loose skin. No one can tell you how much improvement will occur as this seems to be somewhat variable among individuals. I have seen some great results in situations like your with non invasive skin tightening, but the outcome using nonsurgical means cannot be guaranteed.
