Is there a surgery to make your eyes look more Asian? (Puppy-kitty eyes) - (photos)

My eyes are uglies, I don't like my eyelid. I want my eyes to look like puppies or kitties, like the Asian's. Is there a surgery for that? Is so expensive compared to others? I feel so ugly because my eyes look like half Asian and half European, and it's ugly for me... A surgery for make my eyes look like this ;
