Is there any way to remove excess skin on my brow bone? (photo)

When I smile, there is a clump of skin that clumps up at the ends of my eye that I would like to have removed. I want to flatten the bone more. Is there any way I can flatten my brow bone and remove the excess skin without surgery? Or is surgery the only way? This is at the ends of my eyes

I cannot speak for Canada. My fee here in Miami is $4000.00US total. It is best to at least also have sedation for this procedure. No need to torture yourself, and your surgeon.;-)The procedure takes about one hour.

Thank you for the photos. Usually a browlift is not indicated in someone your age.   You do have some asymmetry.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.  He/she will see you with muscle movement.  Together you will come up with a plan.

While removing the muscles will help to eliminate the furrow lines in the future, there is a risk of seeing some flattening in this area. If it is still depressed after a few months, putting some fat in there should work well.
