Is there any way to remove excess skin on my brow bone? (photo)

When I smile, there is a clump of skin that clumps up at the ends of my eye that I would like to have removed. I want to flatten the bone more. Is there any way I can flatten my brow bone and remove the excess skin without surgery? Or is surgery the only way? This is at the ends of my eyes

From the photos and your description it looks like you are concerned about the fat pads on your upper lids.  Excess skin is usually flatter in appearance where volume has been lost.  It appears that your upper eyelid is full and youthful looking.  The best way to remedy the heaviness would be to remove and contour the fat pad on the upper lid and then take excess skin, if needed.

A definite answer to your situation can only be made after examination.  Decision for non-operative or surgical correction of any condition is a complex discussion.  Only after a through history, physical examination and weighing the pros and cons can a management plan be formulated.  Age alone is never the only  factor for or against a particular treatment plan.  Make an appointment with a well qualified and experienced plastic surgeon.  Only after the consultation can you make some plans for treatment, perhaps now or later on.
