Is There Any New Treatments for Enamel Peeling off of Teeth?

The enamel is peeling off of the back of my bottom front teeth. I have dental cleanings every six months. Is there anything new happening that can stimulate the regrowth of enamel on these teeth?

I've had this same exact complaint from patients in the past.  They had so much calculus build up which covered up their spaces between the teeth and recessed gums that once they got their teeth thoroughly cleaned, they blame the hygienist that she took their tooth structure or gum tissues...
