I had Zerona treatments done, and after was given a free Velashape treatment where they roll a suction device with heat over my abdomen. Afterwards my belly button area looked different, the top had an overhang that wasn't there before. I just saw my doctor about it and was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia and now I have to have surgery! I have had 3 babies which is a risk factor, but I think it was the Velashape because the technician ran the device over my belly button area several times with suction.

Answer: Velashape IIII not likely to cause hernias
Voluma is injected very deep into the skin, right above the bone. If it is done properly, you should notice a nice contouring and filling effect, similar in many regards to Radiesse. If you have had nice results with Radiesse, some would tell you to continue with that product.
This regimen seems to be catching on as we are also getting a lot of referrals from plastic surgeons in our area to do Velashape III after they have done liposuction. The results are fabulous as it reduces the hardened and indurated tissue and also tightens the skin and reduces cellulite.
