I am interested in knowing if the Picosure Focus is effective specifically for fine lines. I am 47 years old, fair skinned, use sunscreen religiously and have stayed out of the sun. I do not have discoloration at all. I am just interested in getting rid of static fine lines, specifically in the eye area. I also want to build up collegen for the future. In addition to its effectiveness, I also am concerned about the laser causing pigment changes. I do not want to look more pale. Thank you.
