For the past 6 months, I've used large amounts of a "pro-retinol" cream over my tattoos on a daily basis. The tattoos are a few years old; I used the product for its SPF. I am upset as I googled "pro-retinol" and "tattoo" and read of the link between tretinoin, retinol and tattoo removal. Aside from some skin flaking recently after showering, I can't see any difference but gradual changes can be hard to spot. Can someone please tell me if I could have caused any fading or damage of any kind?
