Is Tazorac a good option for sebaceous hyperplasia?

I'm 60 yrs old, and have suffered from acne all my life. Although I'm post menopausal, I've still got very oily skin, and have increasing sebaceous hyperplasia. Retin A made my skin oilier, so I've stopped. Wondering if Tazorac will help with this condition. If not, do you have another suggestion? Thank you!

Seb hyperplasia is very common. Almost everyone over the age of 40 will have this condition. I treat with lasers or low wattage hyfrection, then use a retinoid like tazorac to REDUCE recurrence.
