Can You Get a Tattoo to Cover Up What's Left After Laser Tattoo Removal?

if you have a tattoo removed by laser, can you get tattooed in the same spot after treatment and healing? I hate my lower back tattoo but if i still had an outline would want something to cover it up. just want to know if this is realistic.

Laser can fade such pignment but there is a chance that the orange could turn darker and might need multiple treatments and sometimes it is difficult to fade this color.It's worthwhile to see a laser expert that has several lasers of different wavelengths.

Swelling after laser tattoo removal on the wrist can take several days to two weeks depending on the number of pulses and size of tattoo. If you are using an antibiotic ointmnent and notice itching then you should stop using it and notify your physician in case of an allegic ointment reaction...

You should ask your pharmacist for a behind-the-counter numbing cream such as EMLA, or L-Max 4 which I think works better, but you need to be careful not to apply this to a large surface area as this can cause toxicity. The best is to call your doctor's office who will be doing the laser...

Unfortunately, because pinks and also yellows are the closest colors to natural skin color in caucasions, and lasers are designed not to damage skin, lasers do not remove these colors well.  If they did, they would burn your skin as well.  Blues and blacks are the easiest colors...

If you really don't want to try laser tattoo treatment, even though it may provide a wonderful result, you can see a plastic or dermatologic surgeon. The scar from surgery near the ankle can be horendous, though. It can open, get infected, or spread over time.
