Hello, I had great progress on the removal of my tattoo until I went to a new laser technician. The before photo was taken minutes prior to the procedure and the after photo is the healed result. The additional photo is right after the procedure. Does it appear that the technician mishandled the laser by using the wrong wavelength, intensity, or going over unnecessary surface coverage to cause this kind of result? I would appreciate your expertise. Thanks.
