I would like a stronger, more masculine jawline. I'd like my jaw to be closer to a 90 degree angle, such as Henry Cavill. I know you can manipulate bone instead of having implants done on other procedures like sliding genioplasty or to correct vertical orbital dystopia. My question is, is it physically possible to change the BONE structure of my jawline to make it stronger, without implants or fillers? And of not, do you think it can be done in the future?

Hi,You are at no more risk of a mandible fracture after an osteotomy than before is you wait at least three months. But please remember that you should always walk away from a fight unless you or someone you care about are at risk.Julian
Building the Jawline and creating contours and shapes that balance your facial structure is possible. It is best not to imitate another facial structure unless you have a similar growth pattern. However positive improvements are very possible.
Hi,You need orthognathic surgery. Please see an orthodontist who will discuss this with you and refer you to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for combined planning.Julian
