My dentist recommends porcelain veneers. I don’t want to shave tooth. I can’t whiten anymore, Dentin showing. Translucent. Cold sensitivity. Fracture lines. Old bonding on canines. I am 38 years old. I also chip bottom teeth easily now. Had to shave them down a bit. Should I do bonding to protect teeth?

I don't think you need to have your bonding redone. Your dentist could smooth down part of the edge of your front tooth that makes it appear longer. This should make your teeth even in length and symmetrical.
Good question. Here are my thoughts.
1. Porcelain veneers are by far the best option both for strength and aesthetics.
2. Lumineers- not recommended as they look fake and are not as strong as traditional veneers.
