I went to two dentist and they both said my broken tooth #15 (second molar upper left) can't save it anymore. Should I just leave it and dont do anything? Because Im not feeling pain now. If I need to extract it out, could I not do the implant? Does it effect anything in the future?

Answer: Is it ok if I extract the broken tooth #15 and not doing the implant?
A previous trauma might have led to this condition when the root is getting resorbed. Looking at the present condition, it would grow loose eventually. It would be better if you get it extracted and replaced with a dental implant so that it is a permanent solution for the issue.
Hello, if your doctor determinate by xrays and physical evaluation that you cannot do root canal, post and crown is because you don’t have enough dental structure then do it can be a risk to have a fracture.
It is okay to go without; however, in the future you may notice #18 (the tooth that is directly above it) shifting down. Teeth like contact and if #18 doesn’t have anything to bite against it may start coming down. With our younger patients we always encourage the implant
