I'd like to know what treatment is best for me on the sides of my mouth? Not sure if it's buccal fat (Photo)

I have had dermal fillers and finished my 3rd hifu treatment 2 weeks ago..I have seen a slight lifted appearance but this lump area is still there. I'm thinking a threadlift as I am 38 and too young for facelift. What procedure am I best getting? Please help

Threading offers short term improvement at best. Be careful what you wish for. Why wait for mini FL/NL? You are a great surgical candidate. Fees from $8,000-$20,000.

This is the second most common complication of threading! First complication is poor results or results lasting under few months!!! Threading is NOT a replacement for surgery ever. Do not waste your $$S.
