Scar/skin damage after laseMD

LaseMD was performed on my face last December and the cosmetic nurse/treatment caused a small 2mm by 2mm skin scar that has shriveled. The scar is located 2cm under my eye. It’s been there for 6 months and appears to be permanent damage. I'm wondering why this happened and how fix it.
