Botox for horizontal crease above upper lip? (Photo)

Hello, I’d like to reduce the horizontal crease above my upper lip. It is only visible when smiling with my teeth. I am 26 y/o. I currently have lip filler. I’ve had the filler dissolved previously to see if it would improve the appearance of the crease (it didn’t). My philtrum is slightly long (15mm), but not long enough to bother me too much. Would Botox help? Which muscle/s would you inject it into? Would Botox lengthen my philtrum?
