Thank you for your questions. If you haven't already, be sure to address your concerns with your Invisalign dentist. Each Invisalign treatment comes with video (called clincheck) that shows the progressive movements of your teeth. By looking at this video, your dentist or orthodontist will be able to see what teeth move and with what tray and if you're tracking properly. Of course each clincheck is not a guarantee of results nor exact movements, but it's a general guideline as to how you ideally should progress with your treatment. Based on what your dentist says, you may need a new set of impressions taken for mid-course refinement so that you can correct any changes that need to be made with your treatment now instead of waiting until all your trays are completed. Also, be sure to check your button attachments and that all are in place, since these also help shift your teeth in conjunction with your trays. They're so small and the shade of your tooth so it's easy to not see if some have fallen off. Lastly, just a reminder to ensure you're wearing your trays as much as possible (only take them out to eat, drink or brush your teeth. Apply pressure to your trays by biting on something like cotton rolls. Pressure and time move teeth! In short, definitely address this with your dentist. We hope this helps and good luck to you!
