Three options I can think of:1. Full orthodontic therapy...decompensate your teeth so your overjet reflects how severely your jaw structure is out of line then orthognathic surgery to advance your lower jaw2.A chin implant 3. Liposuction of your neck lineOften two or more of these are necessary to get the maximum improvement...Get multiple opinions from orthodontists, oral surgeons and plastic surgeons before deciding on your best option.DO NOT depend on just one specialist's opinion
