Clear Correct lisp - tips to fix?

I have just started my clear correct. I am on first tray day 4. Today is my first day back in the office and I need to talk quite a bit and the lisp is very annoying! It feels like its due to a combination of air and saliva getting into the tray and making the lisp sound. Are they any tips or suggestions on how to get rid of this? If I can't stop it I will probably look at cancelling the Clear Correct and doing normal braces or not bothering at all.

It is very common that the first and second set of aligners can take time to get used to.  My patients that have had this issue report to me that after following these simple steps I have listed below noticed significant improvement and are very happy.
Spend 1 hour a day reading out loud to yourself. This will train your tongue.
The salivary flow will slow down after a 2 weeks of wearing the aligners as prescribed which is typically all the time except when eating or drinking things other than water.
