In 95% of cases, clear correct aligners do not fit if the patient has not been complaint with the tray sequence or the time each aligner is worn.  Without knowing your case, I would recommend asking your treating dentist if he or she could do whats called a refinement to the case.  Refinements are usually no additional lab fees if done with in a certain time period and the case was a full case and not a limited case. If a tray is cutting your gum tissue and causing bleeding, it caned be smoothed off by your dentist.

It is very common that the first and second set of aligners can take time to get used to.  My patients that have had this issue report to me that after following these simple steps I have listed below noticed significant improvement and are very happy.

Spend 1 hour a day reading out loud to yourself. This will train your tongue.

The salivary flow will slow down after a 2 weeks of wearing the aligners as prescribed which is typically all the time except when eating or drinking things other than water.

It is hard to give you the options best for you.  You will need to have an a 3D cone beam image taken and impressions for models first. This would allow your dentist to give you the best options for your situation. There are sever things to look at when planning treatment.  Some include, the health of your bone and gums and your bite are a couple examples.

This varies depending on the type of replacement teeth you want. Removing all natural teeth will only take 3 hours.  If you are thinking about implants, 3-4 months and during this time you can have a temporary denture made so you do not have to go without teeth.  If you are thinking about dentures (that you can take out and put back in), it can be completed in 4 hrs.  You will have a few visits for adjustments as needed.  There are other options as well that can commune dental implants and fixed dentures that you don't remove.  The first step is a consultation which may include a cone bean image.  Best wishes to you and I hope this helps you.

There are a few options and of course orthodontics is one.  From what I can see in the photo, an implant, veneer, crown, and a removable partial are all options.  There would be more information required to really give you the best options for you. An examination to check the health of your bone, your gums, your occlusion(bite) would be the first step.  The treatment length from start to finish for an implant is 3-4 months.
