Hello, I am looking for a total removal my genitals,I need to have an idea of how deep my new vagina could be, I take into account that I have an extremely circumcised penis.Upright measures approximately 15 cm.

Vaginioplasty depth is variable per patient, however generally we can achieve more depth than a cis female vagina in most cases.  Oftentimes we can achieve 6 inches or more of depth and if there is not adequate skin, we use cadaveric skin to line the internal vagina to avoid the need for skin grafts from elsewhere.
