Central incisor gap is crooked, I don't have both first molars & I don't have one right fang (cuspid) Will it get fixed? (Photo)

I'm having thoughts about my braces not being able to fix my teeth correctly. Gap between my two front teeth is slightly moved to the right and in a year I was unable to see any results so I'm wondering if its even possible to fix. Also I'm concerned about is that I don't have the right fang which can explain why my gap between my front teeth is tilted to the right side, but my doctors aren't considering to put an implant. They are moving my wisdom teeth as a replacement for my first molars.
