Are you referring to bleaching cream? If so what percentage are you using and is it hydroquinone alone? If so you can use Tretinoin with hydroquinone creams. We do not go over 4-6% hydroquinone in our compounded creams, but there are lots of compounded formulas used. Depending on the area being treated and your skin type, sometimes it is best to alternate days using one and then the other. Make sure to apply your tretinoin at night and always wear sunscreen during the day. These can also be very drying and using a moisturizer can help prevent irritation. Always consult with your physician if you have any questions or concerns.
