Tretinoin and Finacea caused dark red spots over my face, is it okay to apply aloe vera and honey to the affected areas?

I recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment with your provider as soon as possible to help address your irritation issues. It is normal for this combination of medication to cause irritation on skin. You might even be using too many medications in combination with each other. There are many available topical treatments that can help soothe and calm your discomfort, that are clinically proven to help. I do not recommend applying honey and aloe at this time.
