I have dense hair growth on my mustache-area, under my lip and on my chin. I have however almost no hair on my cheeks. I have never let my facial hair grow more then about 5 mm so I dont know if it is curly, I have slight wavy hair (straight if under 5 cm) and somewhat curly hair in armpits and lower region. If I transplant hair from scalp to cheeks can it look strange?

Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, absolutely you can ask your surgeon to make your transplant look more natural by making the implant more "irregular". Best wishes to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Can you please provide some photos so that I can see the area you're talking about? I really can't tell without seeing what you're talking about. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for sharing your circumstances. in my professional opinion your photos suggest that you may have had a less than ideal past surgery. Usually, elevated follicles or cobblestoning as you stated should not be seen following a beard transplant surgery that is done correctly....
