Am I candidate for lipodissolve on thighs?

Question

I’m a 27 years old female, no kids, 156 cm in height and weight 66 kilograms. I’m considering a laser liposuction for my inner, outer thighs and love handles. I’m afraid of how the results will turn out (uneven fat). Is lipodissolve an option in my case?

I am not a believer in chemical fat destruction and would advise you stay away from it. It’s unpredictable and imprecise by its very nature.

Liposuction done by a highly experienced plastic surgeon with years of experience is the way to go.

That said, lower extremity Liposuction is technically challenging and if not done correctly can leave patients with contour irregularities.

I recommend having in person consultations exclusively. During consultations push providers to show their entire collection before and after pictures.

Ask how many of these procedures providers have done. It’s reasonable to expect a provider to have before and after pictures for at least a third of the number of cases they’ve performed.  This means if someone claims to of done thyroid liposuction 100 times it would be reasonable for them to have at least 30 sets of before and after pictures.  avoid providers with simply have one or two examples of good outcomes.

They liposuction results are often difficult to show him pictures. This is especially true for inner thigh Liposuction were the results look drastically different if the patient has their feet at a different stance in the before and after pictures.

Torso and Liposuction is more straightforward.

Bottom line is find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.  when in doubt continue having more consultations.

Delivering consistent high-quality Liposuction results is more difficult than people believe.
