Is It Possible to Start a New Invisalign Treatment After You've Just Finished Your First Treatment?

I started Invisalign in August '12. I was told it would take 5-7 months max .. fast forward almost a year and I'm still not done. I don't care about the stretched out time but I only have 1 tray left and the results are still not great. In fact my entire bottom row looks crooked. Is it possible to start over with another doctor?

Yes, it is certainly possible to start over with another doctor. There are a lot of variables that can influence the outcome of an Invisalign treatment such as case complexity, doctor experience, and patient compliance.  I would advise you to contact a licensed orthodontist in your area to pursue this. Such a professional can evaluate if Invisalign would even be able to achieve a good result for your specific case, or perhaps traditional braces might be the recommended route.
