So I had lasik done less then a month ago and of course my 1yr old daughter comes down with conjuctivitis. I have had it before and now I feel like I may be getting it also. What should I do and how bad will this affect me?

I would see the surgeon who did your surgery so this can be managed expertly. Conjunctivitis has many causes. Some can create immunologic changes that could affect the clarity of your vision.
