Can PDT cause rosacea?

Hello. Im a 33yo female and decided to have PDT w/luvelan to treat some sun damage on my face. A month before that i was having some flushing after showering but assumed it was dry skin and was having issues with cleansers. It lasted a few days and resolved. After PDT i noticed increase in capillaries. Now 3 mth later im having uncontrollable flaring. Did PDT cause rosacea? Or make it way worse? I havent had symptoms until now at 3 mth mark?
