please help me. Ive waited 8 years for improperly injected Radiess to dissolve on its own. One side of my jaw in normal and petite and the other is wide and more masculine. Is there anything that can be done at this point? Im hearing about hylenx and antinlammatory agents. Does anyone have more expertise in this? Im reading Sodium thiosulfate is not helpful and comes with issues. Does radio frequency break it up?

I have been treating complications of Radiesse, Sculptra, as well as those from permanent fillers who have been come to me injected elsewhere with these agents. To do so, I have been using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations, and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents with gratifying results. Patients come to me disappointed after having undergone gizmo treatments elsewhere, such as RF. And, you are quite correct that treatment with sodium thiosulfate has been disappointing.  You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
