Radiesse and collagen?

Question

Most doctors say the “results” of Radiesse last 12-18 months. Does the face really flatten back out after this? What happens to the collagen? Does the remaining collagen still provide volume after the product dissolves? Or mainly texture and tightness?

Radiesse is a biostimulatory filler, which means that even after the Radiesse material itself is absorbed by the body, some of the structural proteins of the skin, including collagen, that were induced by Radiesse will still be there. I hope this is helpful.
