Most doctors say the “results” of Radiesse last 12-18 months. Does the face really flatten back out after this? What happens to the collagen? Does the remaining collagen still provide volume after the product dissolves? Or mainly texture and tightness?

I usually find that Radiesse can last about a year. Sometimes it can last longer if multiple treatments are done. I do find that it goes back to baseline after it goes away.
