Depending on your skin type and available downtime, there are a variety of options available that can repair and lighten the skin of your face. Since you mentioned that your body is pale, BBL, or Broad Band Light, is a less invasive light therapy that has minimal downtime and is very effective for lighter skin types. A series of this treatment would reverse brown pigmentation and sun damage. A combination of BBL and a laser called HALO is the optimal treatment to reverse the sun damage, especially if paired with a whitening cream 2-weeks prior to treatment.
