Teeth are not at the same height after Invisalign treatment? (Photo)

Have you had what's called Refinement Stage. The right canine needs to move more towards the inside, that will make it stand up taller. It still looks slightly out of place. Ask your Dr. if with a refinement phase that can be corrected. That may require you to wear a few more sets of trays, which means your not finished yet. If you really want that corrected and don't mind to wear some for a little longer I would enquire about that.Good luck! Otherwise they look  nice

At the end of treatment, some of your teeth will be at different levels as compared to your other teeth. This is because to balance your teeth during chewing some teeth may be at different heights. For example your four lower incisors should be at one height, and your eye teeth (canines) should be about 1mm taller. As far your top teeth are concerned, your eye teeth are the longest teeth your central incisors are the next longest teeth and finally, your lateral incisor is the shortest tooth. I hope this explanation helps you to understand why all of your teeth are not necesarily the same height.
