Do I need a tooth filling before or after Invisalign?

Hi , my dentist told me that I need filling in 3 tooth. But the problem is that I have to get Invisalign after that. Now I am confused if the tooth filling will create problem between Invisalign treatment or not. Can I have filling after the Invisalign treatment or is it necessary to fill first?
